From a young age Irene was introduced to Eastern health and movement practices, with both her parents being tai chi and chi gong teachers. Irene’s passion for yoga began in 2012 when she was seeking therapeutic benefits for a knee injury. Amazed by the physical benefits and calming effect on her mind, yoga became a major part of her life and source of strength and inspiration.
Irene is passionate about sharing yoga to help students develop a personal practice. She is excited to be the teacher behind Yoga Screen, bringing yoga tutorial videos to students to be able to practice yoga wherever they are.
Irene also teaches vinyasa, ashtanga, hatha and pranayama classes. She also offers private sessions tailored to the student’s individual needs, and workshops to dedicated students and companies interested in improving their staff’s well-being.

Irene has also completed a MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) training with Cecile Mertens and a 10-day vipassana course in meditation.
